Terms & Conditions
Effective July 13, 2026
These terms govern your use of The Opened Door Pilates Studio's website, client accounts, and classes. By creating an account or booking a class, you agree to them.
Accounts and the liability waiver
You need a client account to buy packages and book classes. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials private. Every client must sign the liability waiver at signup before participating in any class; participants under 18 require a parent or guardian's signature.
Packages and payment
- Classes are purchased as packages (for example, a single class or an 8-class package). Each booking uses one class from a package.
- Packages are personal to your account and are not transferable.
- Packages expire 30 days from the date of purchase (unless the package says otherwise). Introductory packages must be started within 5 days of purchase and completed within 14 days of your first class.
- Payment is due at purchase when paying by card. If you select "pay at the studio," payment (card or cash) is due before your first class from that package; the Studio may pause bookings on unpaid packages.
- Package purchases are non-refundable except as required by law or at the Studio's discretion.
Booking, cancellation, and check-in
- Clients may book one class per day.
- Classes are 45 minutes. Please arrive about 5 minutes early so class can start on time.
- You may cancel a booking from your account, and the class always returns to your package. Cancellations inside the Studio's posted cancellation window (shown when you cancel) incur a $15 late-cancellation fee, charged to your card on file or collected at your next visit. No-shows forfeit the class.
- Please check in from your account when you arrive; check-in opens shortly before class starts.
- The Studio may cancel or reschedule a class when needed (for example, instructor illness). Classes cancelled by the Studio are always returned to your package.
Health and safety
Pilates classes involve physical exertion and the use of studio equipment, including reformers. Participation is at your own risk as described in the liability waiver. Consult your physician before beginning any exercise program, follow instructor guidance on equipment use, and tell your instructor about injuries or conditions before class.
Online classes
Online classes are delivered live via Zoom; your join link arrives by email. You'll need a reformer at your location, and you are responsible for your own equipment and exercise space. Class recordings, if any, may not be shared or rebroadcast.
General
All website content is the property of the Studio and may not be reused without permission. These terms are governed by Texas law. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Questions? Contact us.
